What is Sublimation?
Dye sublimation is a specialised process by which special inks are transferred under pressure and high heat to the surface of the product. These inks literally penetrate the surface creating a crisp, clear, brilliantly colourful finish.

Can I use more than one image if I order more than one item or sets of items?
Retail Orders:
Yes. if you order i.e. set of coasters and placemats you can have a different image on each item, likewise if you order a selection of goods different images may be use
Trade Orders:
We can put different images on your products, however due to the substantial discounts given a surcharge may apply please enquire before placing your orders

How do I send images and what format do you require?
In your confirmation email you will be given an email address to forward your image/s just email them quoting your unique order number we support most pc formats .pdf .jpeg .tiff etc. Please visit our 'Design Tips' page for more information on preparing and sending artwork to us.
If your images are larger than 2MB let us know and we will give details of how to access our 'Upload Centre'.
You may also post your images if required and we will work with you to produce your artwork Free of Charge.

What size should the images be?
All products on the site state printable sizes if you require different items send the largest we will manipulate the images to suit the other products.

How long will it take to complete my order?
Retail Orders:
We usually dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt, if there are any delays you will be notified immediately.
Trade Orders:
Whilst we endeavour to turn orders round within 5 working days some larger orders will take longer please call us for a turnaround quotation. (working days are classed as Mon-Fri)

How do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid for prior to despatch unless otherwise agreed.
You can pay online through our 'PayPal' account using a Credit or Debit card or you can opt to pay by cheque this should be sent at the time of placing your order. Please make your cheques payable to 'identiprint'

Can I order goods and have them delivered as a gift?
Yes, just let us know where you want the parcel delivered and we will do the rest.
Please Note: we will post the invoice for the goods to your address.

Do you offer Discounts?
If you order multiple products you will automatically be given a discount. during promotions you will receive a discount code in our newsletter to use in addition to any other discounts.

Do you ship overseas?
We ship all over the world. Please note that goods sent overseas are sent by the cheapest means this unfortunately delays the transit times, should you require a quote for express delivery we will be happy to do so.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?
Please inform us by email: office@identiprint.co.uk or telephone: 01383 830846 if your goods arrive damaged or part-missing, within 24 hours of receipt. Any delays will mean that our couriers will not be liable for any claims for damaged or missing goods.

Should your goods not arrive 5 days after confirmation from us when dispatched please contact us.
